Tim Ives and Josh Amann worked together for over 13 years as partners at the Waukegan Police Department. They made a significant impact on the lives of every day citizens by conducting major criminal investigations which led to multiple arrests.

Tim brings 28 years of law enforcement experience to the company. While assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division, he gained extensive experience as a video analyst and technician and is well-respected in the Lake County law enforcement community. Tim conducted focused investigations in technology crimes, including online child enticement and child pornography. He also served as a liaison for the International Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Josh brings over 16 years of law enforcement experience to the company. He was an investigator for more than 13 years in the Criminal Investigations Division, including 9 years as a liaison with the Waukegan Housing Authority. He developed integrative strategies to significantly reduce crime in multi-unit communities and single-family homes. Josh served as a leader for major crime scene and accident investigations.

Jen oversees finance administration, including job costing, cash management, banking and reconciliations, sales tracking, payroll, and accounts payable and receivables. Jen is responsible for preparing leadership financial statements, conducting analysis of project financial status, and preparing financial forecasts.

Andrew Valko brings a diverse background, including being a veteran investigator with the Waukegan Police Department. Andrew also has experience in the disaster restoration industry.
